How do I get started?+
Reach out through our contact form and our team will walk you through the right plan and get your store set up — most sellers are ready to launch within minutes once onboarding is complete.
Are there transaction fees on top of my plan?+
No. Your monthly plan is the whole cost — Lagran doesn't take an additional percentage of your sales. Standard payment processing charges from banks and card networks still apply.
Can I change plans later?+
Anytime. Most sellers start on Basic or Growth and move up as they add channels or locations. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply from your next billing cycle.
What happens if I go over my plan's limits?+
We'll let you know before anything is interrupted. There are no surprise overage charges — we'll simply recommend the plan that fits, and you decide if and when to switch.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?+
Yes, annual billing is available on every plan at a reduced effective monthly rate. Reach out to sales@lagran.in and we'll set it up.
