Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Lagran, the commerce platform operated by Lagran Software Solutions Pvt Ltd (“Lagran,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at support@lagran.in if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

New stores receive a free trial as described on our Pricing page. After the trial, continued use of the Services requires an active paid plan, billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy, or as required by law.

We may change plan pricing with notice before it takes effect on your account. Continued use after a price change takes effect means you accept the new pricing.

You agree not to use Lagran to:

• Sell illegal goods or services, or violate applicable law.
• Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
• Transmit malware, attempt to breach security, or disrupt the Services for other users.
• Process payments you do not have a legitimate right to collect, including fraudulent transactions.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with notice where reasonably possible.

You retain ownership of the product listings, store content, and customer data you upload to Lagran (“Your Content”). You grant us a license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Services. You are responsible for having the rights to use and process Your Content, including customer personal data, in compliance with applicable law.

Payment processing is provided through Lagran and our payment partners. Payouts are made on the schedule described in your plan, subject to standard verification, fraud, and risk checks. We may withhold or reverse a payout where we reasonably suspect fraud, a chargeback, or a violation of these Terms.

We aim to keep the Services available and performant but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, and features may change as the platform evolves.

You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or legal or security reasons. On termination, your right to use the Services ends, though certain obligations (such as payment for services already rendered) survive.

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lagran Software Solutions Pvt Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Registered office address — street, city, state, PIN], India, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
